When the life gives me a spare minute, usually I enjoy spending it with my family, playing the trumpet or enjoying the nature with a fishing rod in my hands.
My main responsibility is to help partners and customers to find the most economically valuable lighting solution and save money. I strive to be the one lighting specialist, who has expertise to answer all general lighting related questions.
I have been working in BaltLED since 2010. Before that I had experience of working in signage illumination and general lighting as well in Lithuania, Latvia, Belorussia and Kaliningrad.
On my free time I am a father of three, therefore I my interested in parenting. Also we have a family business: centre of early children education. Moreover, I have knowledge and experience in designing and making furniture and enjoy swimming long distances in the pool (starting from 1 km).
Did you know, that first R&D department was established by Edison to create the light bulb? It is a great honour for me, to manage our own R&D team, which also creates LED-lights for all of the world. I have been working in the position of Product Development Manager for more 7 year already. The most passionate thing in work for me is to see how products emerge from Ideas and become a huge need in the market.
The best gift for me is the honest feedback from our Customers, distributors and people who install or use the solutions our team developed.
In our everyday life while developing new products we face many obstacles, therefore to keep my head clear and think through all the situations, I like to relax by playing with my trumpet or playing tennis.

I am the Manager of the Customer Service Department. My main responsibility is to ensure the quality of customer service by managing the employees who work in the customer service team in BaltLED and to push BaltLED company’s customer service to the new highs every day.
Before joining BaltLED I‘ve worked in sales in an international telematics company, where I have gained the experience of working with different nationality people and understanding the selling process of technical solutions. I have also worked in BaltLED sales for a few years, so I am familiar with LED signage customers, their requirements and the general signage market.
I enrich the life of our customers and partners by ensuring that they receive quality customer service from BaltLED. Also, I provide guidance to our customer service team and this also enriches their time being here, in BaltLED.
I like to relax by playing computer games – this hobby keeps me focused to one thing instead of multitasking. I also like to play poker with friends, learning new things, reading a book occasionally.
I work as a Product Development Engineer in BaltLED research and development department. My main responsibility is to develop optoelectronic systems for new products. I deal with materials and devices, light, heat, control and integration of all.
BaltLED is my first work experience as lighting Product Development Engineer, as I come from telecommunications engineering field. My passion of creating things led me to become part of fascinating LED lighting world.

Everybody thinks that the financial work is boring, and from calculations on a daily basis your head explodes. I can say that the reality is a little bit different. It is true, that financial work is based on the financial rules, but we always are looking for the balance between the rules and the best solutions for the business. My work is related to financial control and coordination of the work of the accounting department.
Nothing is better than the final results. I love my job, because I can improve, communicate with colleagues and share my knowledge.
International Sales Representative. The most of the work time I spend visiting our valued customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Greece and Portugal with a mission „Light“. Several years of experience in customer support helped me to understand how important and fulfilling it is to find a solution for every problem. Now, in my third year at BaltLED I am still learning a lot about different people and different challenges, which I‘m happy to master.
In this position, I would like to believe, that I teach my colleagues to be patient and maybe to see the things from a different angle sometimes. I hope that I help our customers to go easier and more joyful through the day by showing honest attention to their needs and by helping to find a better solution. By supporting our partners through the sales process and after-sales services, I hope I make their work easier and more satisfying – as it should be in a partnership.
As for not light-related joy, I love cooking, but there are also days when I love going out for dining more, sometimes I love reading books, but also – watching movies, sometimes I can spend the whole day in bed, but also – taking long walks, gym activities, etc. I can’t imagine my life without people around me – they make me smile and they make me happy. And if there are no people – there is always music.
Hi there! Have you heard anything about people who create lighting solutions? If no… so nice to meet you: I am Designer & Account Manager. My work consists of several parts. First one is lighting project calculation with special programs. Then it is communication with customers for the adjustment of project details, preparation of lighting project proposals and order coordination.
I have been always interested in luminaries and innovations. Even before joining BaltLED, I was calculating lighting project too. In BaltLED I have already calculated more than 300 lighting project for different applications and keep going.
If you look around, you will notice that lighting is everywhere, so my work directly enriches people’s lives as good lighting solutions help people to feel safe, comfortable in working places, and help to increase productivity.
After work I prefer spending time with my friends. I have several hobbies: travelling and skiing.
I am an Engineer in the laboratory where I am responsible for doing tests with general lighting and signage products.
My career in BaltLED started one year ago. I have started from product calculation department, where I was calculating signage projects. Then I understood that I can do more, so I have decided to try another department. And now – I am Engineer inthe laboratory. The main way how my work contributes is delivering useful data for my colleagues and partners about our products: different parameters, tests results and other.
When I am outside the laboratory, sometimes I can be a DJ, sometimes – IT spec, sometimes just a guy who tries to make something from nothing.
If you happen to come to my desk and do not find me there, it means I am really working – Europe is my workplace. “International Sales” is my “thing” and my job is about meeting customers eye to eye, being the face of the company, building sales strategy and even knowing his child’s name or his favourite sports.
Before joining BaltLED I have worked in many different spheres from telecommunications to aviation industry but I always have been in sales and have been developing these skills. I was either a salesman or the head of a sales team.
I think after long endeavours I have finally found a perfect combination in my work. First component is the love for travelling, meeting new people, facing challenges and the second is sales. So this is the place where I have freedom to express myself. I enrich our customers directly by providing our solutions and the care for them and at the same time I enrich my colleagues by keeping them occupied and bringing them interesting tasks, projects and etc.
Regardless to my passion for travelling, the second passion is music. You can hear me one day at a karaoke or playing some chords on a guitar. Working out in gym is the way I relax. You do not have to do something special to make me smile, just say “Hi” with a grin or smile and you will get the same in return.

My name is Michal Novotny and I was born in Prague in the Czech Republic. Even as a kid I was fascinated by all the technology, engines and electronics. Things that my parents could not buy, I tried to build myself so I also built my first kart, radio, music of color and many other “necessary” things. Probably the biggest “success” was manufacture of mirrored disco ball, to which I used up almost the entire mother’s mirror. Another thing which I greatly enjoyed, was the company of friends, actually, people generally. These two attributes accompanies me so far.
When I graduated, I started looking for a job. Like many other young people, I was looking for a job where I did not have to much work, but earn some nice money. Even though it’s unbelievable, I found such a job! I even succeeded among 200 candidates. But my original plan, just quickly earn money, go and spent them for summer fun, has not been realised.
Because something happened that I absolutely did not expect and probably what changed my whole career. The newly formed company focused on the industry did not take me as a simple tool to perform tasks, but I became a member of the team. Team where my view, even though rookie, had its price. So it happened that some of my marketing ideas have become very successful. It was appreciated by the company and I one day I realised that my job is more fun than work. On that day I stopped hating Mondays.
In the following 16 years, I’ve learned all sorts of skills, principles of domestic and international market. This journey led me up to the director’s position. At the same time, as I grew in my profession, I was thanks to traveling around the world also founding other life values such as freedom and friendship. But it would not be life at all if all continued so easily and beautifully. So when health and personal problems came I learned new things and it also changed my life a lot as well as priorities.
This unfortunate period resulted in changes that I would normally never wanted. However, everything has its reasons. At the end of this period was my nearly a year stay in Mexico, where on the Caribbean beaches I promised myself that in my future life I will really do only the things that I enjoy, I believe in and that somehow fulfils me.
So now I’m standing here with my new friends, instead of producing mirrored disco ball I’m helping illuminate Czech Republic and I feel happy and free
Being the Production Engineer here at BaltLED is fun, engaging, yet challenging work. I have to evaluate the potential manufacturing techniques for our developing products to ensure high quality and efficient production, which allows us to deliver our customers better, less expensive products, faster. This requires a lot of prototyping and testing which I am able to do by leveraging my previous work experience in CNC manufacture of signage and industrial automation creating custom one-off solutions. Away from work I am a MASSIVE nerd who loves tinkering with electronics, playing computer games and watching sci-fi movies. Oh, and I also like a nice bicycle ride, when the Lithuanian weather allows for it.
Currently I am working with customers from the Central and Western Europe markets such as United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Slovakia and also Lithuania.
Before joining BaltLED as an account manager I have worked in several companies including one of the biggest corporations in the region, with customer service and sales. I have previous experience in IT and telecommunications, so I do love technology and I have quickly picked up various knowledge in LED and its systems.
Most importantly I enjoy working in an international background where I can enrich our clients with fast reaction time and problem solving solutions.
My business card says that I am a Specialist of the Product. It sounds proudly, but fuzzy, so in order to be clear – my duties include making, maintaining and improving the product.
When I was a child, I dreamed of being an inventor. I imagined creating something special that will change people‘s lives in a positive way. Well, my dreams almost came true – BaltLED gives me an opportunity to realize my ideas, it allows me to contribute to the improvement of the products’ quality.
Before joining this company, I have tried to find myself in some different fields that helped me to become more broad-minded. What is more, all the experience that I have now, allows me to stay calm and positive in challenging situations that I face at work.
As for my interests, I am fond of traveling. While doing this, I try to visit as many new places and see as many new things as possible in order to keep my creativeness buzzing.

I am Vitalijus and here in BaltLED I work as a sales manager for signage in NVS market. Mainly my work is to provide signmakers with our illumination solutions and to assure our products meet customer need. I am fresh in LED signage market, nonetheless my experience is growing every day.

My name is Aurelija and I’m working as an Account Manager with customers from Europe, South Africa and United Arab Emirates. Before coming to BaltLED I’ve gained some experience in customer support, logistics and purchasing while working in different international companies.
I do enjoy working with different people, overcoming the challenges and finding solutions for different issues. The biggest reward for me is when the customers and colleagues are happy and I’m trying to do my best to contribute to that. In Baltled I ama Signage Designer. That means that my job is to choose the best solutions to illuminate letters and light boxes. Before I have started working in Baltled, I have worked in construction company as a Purchasing engineer.

After work, I like playing chess online or taking part in live tournaments, also I am basketball referee, that means that I am traveling around the Lithuania and ensuring that all basketball competitions take place according to the rules.
Here in BaltLED, I am responsible for developing our Signage presence in France. I love the responsibility to represent our company and its products to customers. Even tho’ I’m not a native french, I am full of ideas and energy all the time. I’m always ready to receive and share knowledge with my clients and colleagues.

I really enjoy spending time with my wife and two-year old son, so currently all my hobbies are related to spending most of my time with my son. It is truly great to watching him grow while playing all the really fun games that a two-year old would normally play.
At BaltLED I am a part of an IT team and am responsible for tracking and reporting success metrics for day to day various activities and their impact on key supply chain KPIs through dashboards and reports. Daily and monthly reporting: prepare information required to perform daily reporting and information tracking.
Data is used differently in all companies, but here, we use data to support everything from new product features to business/performance analysis. Maintaining those dashboards and reporting on the success of various data clusters from multiple departments – helps the teams make educated decisions every day.
My day to day after work activities consists of multiple things. I enjoy spending my time outside. Having a social evening playing various board games. Recently took up dancing lessons just to throw some spice into the mix.

What do you think I do during my free time? Exactly! Creating. Considering that I love to dance with fire and to build various performances around it! Personally I control: a staff, double-staff, POI, Snake’s, nunchaku and rope dart. As you see, fire covers big part of my life.
