When it comes to product development, we are proud to run one of the most modern and well-equipped light research laboratories in Europe. In our laboratory we work with 9 different testing systems and perform nearly a hundred of various tests on daily basis. This is how we can develop new step ahead LED luminaires.

Aging & Life test system for single LED and LED modules – This system is designed for normal / accelerated aging, lumen maintenance measuring, lifetime evaluation and temperature characteristic testing for LED luminaires. The extrapolation of lifetime by programmable models is also available to estimate the lifetime of LED luminaires. It refers to the standard IES LM-80 and other related standard.

Digital Microscope for LED and microelectronics components and products Quality control inspections and dimensions measurements.

Goniophotometer system for LED Modules – The system can accurately measure the spatial characteristics of LED package including spatial light distribution, spatial colour distribution, and luminous flux, meeting the requirements of CIE-127 and TC2-74.

High Accuracy Array Spectroradiometer System – The system can test Luminous Flux, Luminous efficacy, P(λ), Chromaticity Coordinate, Correlated Colour Temperature, Colour Rendering Index, SDCM, Dominant Wavelength, Half length, electrical characteristics etc. System can reach scientific accuracy, and very high measurement efficiency.

LED driver testing System for EMC and EMI testing – the EMC Directive limits electromagnetic emissions from equipment in order to ensure that, when used as intended, such equipment does not disturb radio and telecommunication, as well as other equipment.
The Directive also governs the immunity of such equipment to interference and seeks to ensure that this equipment is not disturbed by radio emissions, when used as intended.

Spectral radiance meter is a kind of multi-function spectral radiance measurement instrument which can realize spectral radiance analysis and extremely low luminance measurement. It not only meets the high requirement of lab measurement, but also is applicable for on-site measurement. The multi-apertures are ideal for measuring various size of targets without additional lenses or accessories.

Thermal resistance structure analyser – LED Thermal Resistance Structure Analyser is applied to measure the thermal resistance, relative thermal resistance and junction temperature as well as the corresponding curves, which fully satisfies the requirements of JESD 51-1, MIL-STD-750D, SJ 20788-2000 and GB/T4023-1997, etc.. The instrument can generate the cumulative and differential thermal structure function automatically, which is essential for analysis and evaluation of the LEDs thermal management.
