All the characteristics of illumination are important when we speak about environment we spend most of our lifes at: brightness, UGR, CRI, uniformity of illumination (should be more than 0.6), colour temperatures.

To reduce maintenance costs take a closer look at L70B10 specification of the luminaires. E.g. L70B10 = 50 000 h means that after 50 000 working hours 90% of luminaires will retain at least 70% of initial luminosity. The greater is L70B10, the lesser will be the maintenance costs.
